1. Products & Customization

• All our products are handmade or customized, and slight variations in embroidery or fabric may occur.

• Colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings and lighting.

• Custom orders are made specifically for you and are non-refundable once confirmed.

2. Orders & Payments

• Full payment or advance is required before production begins for custom items.

• We accept payments via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days for ready stock.

• Custom orders may take 10-30 days or more, depending on the design.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

• Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom products.

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with proof (images or video).

6. Privacy

• Your personal information is kept confidential and will only be used for order processing and communication.

7. Changes to Terms
